Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove service, please allow up to 3 weeks for scheduling and delivery.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer fabric swatches for sofas?

Yes, we provide complimentary swatch kits so you can see and feel our premium fabrics in your own lighting before making a purchase.

Is assembly required for your products?

Many of our items arrive fully assembled. For products requiring assembly, we include detailed instructions and all necessary hardware; we also offer professional assembly services at checkout.
